Farzad Baloo
Farzad Baloo is an Associate Professor in the Department of Persian Language and Literature at the University of Mazandaran. His research specializes in the intersection of literature and philosophy, with a particular focus on linguistic and intellectual traditions in Persian literary discourse.
Baloo has an extensive publication record, including several books, such as Rawshanfikran-i Irani va maʿalah-yi zaban (Iranian Intellectuals and the Issue of Language), and more than 60 research articles in Persian and international journals. He is an active figure in literary and philosophical scholarship, serving as a senior member of the board of directors of the Iranian Literary Criticism Association, the secretary of the Literature and Philosophy Working Group of the Persian Language and Literature Association of Professors, and the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Literary and Philosophical Studies.
